Fantastic experience: Leslie was an amazing help in sorting me out with my last minute planning. She gave me some really great travel tips and suggestions, as well as getting her colleague to come help me get one of the last few available campervans. I'm normally someone who likes to do all my planning myself, but I definitely don't regret getting some help this time. Would absolutely recommend!

Positive experience: There aren't many good options for lunch in the afternoon. The staff here are very friendly. Today, I ordered grilled salmon pizza based on the staff's recommendation. There are three different sizes of plates to choose from. Before ordering, you can try their special Badu. The smallest one is cut into 4 slices. The crust is very crispy and the flavor is just right. Sitting here enjoying the scenery is very pleasant!

Me and 2 others were pretty disorganised since we hadn't known each other long and hadn't made a definite plan yet, but he got things sorted and provided various options and had really great knowledge about the areas we were heading. Fantastic experience: Originally went past this place and didnt think it would save me any money as i normally book these things myself. But Ryan went the extra mile to get me an amazing price for our trip to The Whitsundays and Fraser Island. We had a great time on both trips and felt it was money well spent. Ryan will sort you out with a good deal and he genuinly wants to just give you a good holiday experience. I respect that and so I give these guys a 10/10.

Negative experience: I was recommended to book my Great Barrier Reef tour through this agency by the hostel I was staying at, they also gave me a voucher for a 5% discount. They sold me an expensive tour, I'd found cheaper ones online but I figured I'd rather go through a trusted organization. I gave them the discount voucher and they mumbled something about how they couldn't take it for this tour, not really explaining why. The tour was mediocre and not worth the higher price. I later walked by the agency again and noticed on their blackboard that they did have tours for the price I found online. I find this quite shady and I would not recommend booking with them. Two stars because, apart from the part where she ripped me off, the girl who helped me was really friendly. Probably how she pulled it off.

Negative experience: Spoke to a French lady, asked for advice on tours to do. Didn’t make a transaction on the spot as our family were trying to familiarise ourselves with what to do in Cairns (first time here). We said thank you, however the rude woman said “whatever” as we walked out of the store to discuss. Disgusting “service” and a bad start to our holiday. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hayley at Happy Tours couldn’t have given us better customer service. We weren’t sure which trip to the reef would be best for us due to the number of different options available, but Hayley was super friendly and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right trip for us. After such a good day on the reef and a positive experience with Happy Tours, we returned to book a trip down Australia’s East Coast with Hayley, which she made so much easier than we anticipated. I made à mystake with the day of my booking do it was l'y apologise and one day before not so much possibility to find à compensation but Simon took Time to try to do something for me. I made à really good day un the rain forest and Saw waterfalls it was verry good. Thanks because if he didn't gave me a solution i could probably left cairns and did nothing. Fantastic experience: last week i came into Happy Tours to book a trip and i can certainly say they live up to their name. i was greeted with a smile on arrival , i explained i wanted to dive but was slightly nervous, they reassured me i would have a great trip and put me on a boat suitable for first time divers. i had a great day and made lots of new friends! Massive thanks to you guys! ill certainly be back!

Negative experience: Everyone should look at this. The staff there only care about the money in ur pocket, no matter what else happens after u paid the bill! If u ask for some customer services after u paid the trip, they just let u wait until no other new customer comes.That is absolutely the worst experience in my life!!!

Negative experience: Everyone should look at this. I booked a full day fishing trip from this agency. The supply company just notice me the cancellation at 7pm the night before the travel day. As there're no any other trips available, the staff told me they can do the full refund, but not at that moment, they need to wait their manager to do this money back. However, when the manager comes on the next day, he said he can only do 80% refund because of the policy and system charge. What a ridiculous service! That is absolutely the worst experience in my life!!!
