Negative experience: Insulted my girlfriend with vulgar language; made her pack the box herself, and took nearly forty minutes to do a simple shipping job. Plus, the overall cost was far from what was originally quoted. Absolutely disgusting treatment. Stay far away if at all possible. Surely there are better local options than this establishment.
