Negative experience: I engaged with this agency in September 2022 to book a trip to my hometwon which was a huge deal for our family. It has been 10 years since we last saw my family. I was recommended to this agency by a friend. After reading their reviews it was an easy decision to use them. We were travelling during the festive season so I knew it would be an expensive trip. It took the agent less than an hour to find the best route and I paid on the day just under $15000 for my family of 4. I was too busy running my own business and was happy to pay someone to organise all the details for our trip as this is all they do right. Unfortunately, I felt from the beginning the agent wasn't very proactive in giving me much information. It was more like I had to follow up and find out about things such as visa applications for everybody (new rules and more fees). As well as other paper work that I needed to get done before entering the country of destination. I was flat out working until a few days before the trip... when I contacted the agent and confirmed if everything was ready to go for our holiday the answer was yes. I was told to take the hard copy intinary to check in. I'm no travel agent but I thought this was strange as these days everything is prebooked online including seating arragements especially on a long flight. I thought oh well they know what they are doing its been taken care of, so I went along....straightaway we weren't happy with the seating arrangements. From the begining it just felt wrong but we moved on and had a great holiday. However on the trip back (9hr flight) we were all seated in different seats spread around the plane wherever they could fit us in. As no prebooking was made we had to sit separately in the middle seats between strangers. After spending a wonderful time as a family... it was very hard not to get angry as it wasn't a budget trip nor a last minute decision....We were so dispointed and furious, no one ate or slept well on the flight back. I am sure this agency has done wonderful jobs before as the reviews say but unfortunately ours wasn't a great experience AT ALL.

Fantastic experience: Paul helped me find the last flight out of London in March 2020 - when Covid in the UK became a reality and all the transit airports were closed. He got me on a London - Darwin - Sydney flight with 2 days notice. I don't think London / Darwin non stop had ever been done before. But Paul had his fingers on the pulse and got me home 2 days before Hotel Quarantine began. I returned to London on Cathay during the European summer, but had to switch airlines and fly home again when the UK strain knocked out Europe at the end of 2020. Again Paul managed to find me the only airline (JAL) to get me hime at short notice. Bloody miracle worker! I have been using Egan / Turner for years - but didn't expect a travel agent would be so essential trying to navigate the ever changing landscape.

Fantastic experience: Well where to start.. Trying to book flights during COVID-19 what a nightmare. I had been trying to get my son home from Canada and was working with a travel agent over there thinking that would be easier, but after weeks of emails back and forth and lots of dead ends I called Paul hoping he could help. Talk about amazing. With in days he had already founds flights that no one else could and although we had a few cancellations due to no fault of anyone's, it never deterred Paul to keep searching. Not only did Paul successfully bring my son home in time for Christmas, he also organized the refunds for the cancelled flights. With out Paul and his team at Egan and Turner Travel Associates, my son would still be in Canada. Thank you so very much. Couldn't have done it with out you.

Fantastic experience: After having to urgently travel to Sydney for a stressful court appearance, I contacted Cici to organize flights, accommodation and hire car. Cici had everything organized almost as quick as I sent the first email. Very professional and went out of her way (even doing things on her day off) to help us. Highly recommend and will be using her for any further travel requirements.
