Fantastic experience: Great experience! The communication was impeccable and prompt throughout the whole booking time and afterwards. We booked a down under dive&flight tour, although the flight was cancelled due to the weather, the tour was absolutely amazing. Ella was extremely helpful and still is as the refund for the canceled flight is being processed. Before that, she was very patient and helped me book the tour I wanted, hold the spots for me and my friends to finally decide. So only best review for the company, tours and incredible workers!

Fantastic experience: Contacted Tourism Cairns via email to book a day trip I saw on their web site. Was contacted the next day and advised that trip was unavailable for that particular date, but supplied alternative similar trips. Researched and selected one, asked for it to be booked, received confirmation the next day. A pleasure and easy to deal with.

Fantastic experience: We had a half day at Fitzroy island, which was lovely. As a beach lover a full day is the way to go . Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but at least not cold .
