Fantastic experience: When I first called up, the phone connection wasn't great, but was recommended we speak with Catherine about our trip to kangaroo island....well Catherine is wonderful. She worked with my husband to plan an amazing anniversary getaway. She didn't just stop at travel and accommodation, she gave us information on activities and made sure this trip was personalised to suit us. She made the process so easy and enjoyable. Great to see a company that listens to clients wants and needs and goes the extra mile to give you more than a standard package you could get off a website. Also the price was very reasonable. Well worth hiring a professional.

She goes way above the expected level of service on every booking. Nothing is too much trouble for Catherine and I always know we are in very safe hands with her. Catherine always maximizes the benefits available to us. Just yesterday she was able to get a major shipping line to add $US1220 in On Board Credit to our account when previously we had none. This is typical of Catherine. She has the experience and "know how" to get the very best outcome for her clients. We currently have four cruises booked with Oliver Travel and we would never go to another agent.

Fantastic experience: Tania (and her staff) was a great help in organising our 7 week holiday to Canada, and the USA, including an Alaskan land tour. We identified the key experiences we wanted to have , tours and flights, and she took care of the bookings. We made most of our own accomodation arrangements through various websites. Tania kept us informed of any minor travel changes that occurred, arranged a better flight connection without prompting and was always professional and going the extra mile. I highly recommend Oliver travel and will use again for future trips.
