Fantastic experience: Absolutely great service. The drivers were understanding that I felt anxious and seated me on the seats behind them and checked on me at breaks. Comfortable, convenient and a great price. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Negative experience: Bad experience !! We are living in Bordertown and my wife studies in Adelaide which is 2days classes. Firefly Bus is passing through my town from Melbourne to Adelaide but not picking people up in my town. I have to go Kaniva to drop my wife to catch the bus where we spent extra 1hour in the early morning( this week almost missed the bus by 2 minutes due to the long vehicle passing in the highway). I called couple of times to them to explain about our situation which the studies will continue to next 2 years and she is going every week and comeback. But not a proper response. Even I don't find emails to explain my situation with proof. When she talked with bus drivers they ready to pick and drop and they feel our situation not like customer service people. I don't know what is the policy they talking about. Really having Stress about this. Are policies to make people feel uncomfortable?

Positive experience: It would be good to have a tracking of your bus and yeah,could be good if there is a selection on seats

Fantastic experience: the bus service is best to travel by road between Melbourne and Adelaide. The morning bus takes a longer route and extra 1.5 hours as compared to the night bus which takes a shorter route and 1.5 hours less than the morning bus.

Negative experience: There was no ticket sent to my account or phone number. The bus had weird and creepy people who were smoking marijuana and were constantly disturbing the peace of the ride and kicking seats. The driver of the bus did not do anything about it in spite of informing. Would not recommend as no measure to assess the dangers of a person are taken prior to boarding. No bag/ person checks and you don’t wands be in the bus with a shady looking potentially dangerous person for 12+ hours.

Positive experience: Took bus from Adelaide to Melbourne and again on return, bus is good, clean. Could play a DVD or two for the trip but that's all

Negative experience: Bad enough with the road noise and exit light on all might coming over to Adelaide, but the lack of transport at ALL on a Saturday because "we don't carry bikes". There IS NO night bus on Saturday. Driver had a stack of space bur he *chose* to be an area!

Fantastic experience: Recently travelled with the Firefly bus service Adelaide to Melbourne and back again. I would highly recommend this service. Coach was comfortable and clean. The two drivers Karl and Nick were exceptional. Very informative, friendly and professional . Great service. I would definitely use this service again.

Positive experience: Really Good Services.... But no one checked or scanned anybody's luggage so I felt a little bit insecure. May be they can alter their policy and ensure 100% security for the travellers.

Positive experience: Love the usb chargers. Traveling is sometimes rough with the seats but I really enjoyed my multiple trips with them. My favorite driver was a man named Greg he was a legend

Fantastic experience: My wife and her sister travelled from Melbourne on the overnight service they definitely would recommend it.The drivers were excellent in their manner and provided a lovely smooth ride.The coach was spotlessly clean and so comfortable.Free wifi,charging ports,a great movie to watch and two comfort breaks to stretch and grab a bite to eat,time went so quick.Will for sure be a return traveller with Firefly.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion, Firefly is one of the best (and affordable) buses in Australia. One reason I mention this is is that every seat has a USB port to charge your devices, as well as free wi-fi! I've been using Firefly for years and have found that all of the bus drivers I've encountered over this time were professional, knowledgable and that great Aussie hospitalityn. They are also friendly on your wallet as well.

Negative experience: I was refused travel with my companion pet I have a disability and my pet aids me esspesically for travel This company has broken the federal law Disability discrimination act 1992 I was laughed at and had sercuerity waiting for me to check my bags to make and I quote make sure I didn't stuff the companion pet in my suitcase are you joking me human rights south Australia is now involved the bus driver singled me out in front of a crowd of people I highly recommend using alternative transportation and not this company be warned your not a customer your luggage

Negative experience: The company should put seat number system when booking online. Travelling on this bus service every week and the drivers always allocating me the last seats near that smelling toilets.Wondering how they are allocating seats. Fed up with this manual seat allocation. It would be good to to have selection of seats when booking online. Think about it.

Positive experience: thanks to the driver of FE 80 melbourne to adelaide 23 / 10 / 2017..for asking if i was ok after seeing my "walking".. being head injured and tired can be entertaining..cheers mate.
