Negative experience: This is a doggy travel agent . They lost my passport without admited that was their fault . I unlucky went to their shop to ask for their help to apply for a visa to Vietnam. They charged me $90 and kept my passport as I asked them to send the passport to a Vietnamese ambassy to get a entry visa . They told me that it took 1 week . I sent them an email after 2.5 weeks to ask for the status , no reply . Later in the afternoon I sent them an sms , no reply . I rang them up , they told me they have sent me an electronic visa , which I could apply by myself . I checked my email , not there . They lost my passport . This is a doggy bussiness, please don't do any bussiness with them .

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and easy to deal with, I wanted to get the same flights as I had seen on Singapore Airlines site and they helped me with no problem. Also no booking fee. Would highly recommend.
