Negative experience: Went to book 4 airline tickets and had to know the ages of all passengers before we could start. As I didn't know 2 of them that was the end of that. Went on line,no birthdays required. Goodbye flight centre.

Fantastic experience: Lindita was amazing!!! Soo accomodating and organised a quote for flights and accomodation that was just what we wanted and she was awesome to talk to and super efficient. We had a great chat and by the time i knew it she had emailed the quotes to me. Couldnt have asked for a better experience

Negative experience: Won't be booking with Flight Centre again after experience with Belinda from Golden Grove store. Atrocious behavior and condescending tone. Not at all helpful, no patience with those speak English as a second language. 0/5 for customer service. Continuously raised her voice and cut me off while speaking. Did not have the patience, nor time to listen to what I had to say and respond.
