Negative experience: This business shouldn’t be running, they don’t understand humanity. They are literal thief’s. We have been wait for our refund for 7 months + for flights that did not happen due to Ali Bayani himself lying to us and trying to get us to enter Europe illegally, which we were unfamiliar with didn’t know about the rules. We trusted them, but these people aren’t humans, they have the audacity to go to sleep at night knowing they are scamming many people and spending our money and they are okay with that. Don’t use their service if you think you’ll be saving because it’ll be the total opposite. Feel ashamed for them that these sort of people still exist. Ps—To this day, I have gotten ZERO updates or hopes that I will actually receive my refund and when. They have ignored and block us on multiple numbers and have provided NO receipts for our flights for us to take legal actions.

Negative experience: Worst travel agent ever, Just went there this morning and The guy was on a call and after he was done with the call he still was playing with his phone, he didn’t even listen to me. Very unprofessional and rude. I prefer to find an interstate travel agents to go rather than Bayani

Negative experience: Misleading and dont know what theyre talking about! Book somewhere else, I paid for extra luggage and found out at the airport that they didn’t book it correctly so I had to pay for having over the allowable limit

Negative experience: I was going to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and turkey with my son and my mum. We went to bayani for tickets and they gave it to us. Fast forward to when we went to the airport, we were going into the plane but they didn’t let my son on the plane as his passport didn’t have enough time left on it and somehow bayani didn’t pick it up so I had to leave my son. At least they gave us a full refund.

Negative experience: It was a very bad experience, I asked for a bed for my seven-month-old child and I did not get this service, as I had to carry my son in my arms for more than twenty-five hours flying and I did not get to sleep at all,also they did not provide for my sick husband the wheelchair service ,the annoying part in this story that I paid for this full services but I didn't get any of it Also I tried to call the the office staff pepole more than 5 times but no or answers me

Negative experience: Unprofessional and very rude. Got face to face service after waiting for more than 1 hour and the old man start calling his other clients on the phone will keep you still waiting at the desk. Ask for a quote then gave us a verbal overprice quote and telling us you are not serious about booking your flight. They really need to learn how to serve their customers professionally and stop messing around with your phone.

Negative experience: Very poor services, they never respond to your call and message and leave you in the loop. They are not helpful if you need to chance your flight date they don’t do it. I have called them and sent message over 15 times but no luck. If you need ticket call Hello World Dandenong they are the best answer you the weekend, at night even if you get from somewhere else

This is very risky for the business if they don’t know how to deal with customers and if they don’t respect customers I hope Bayani read this comment and improve themselves and their employees
