Fantastic experience: I have been extremely impressed with my experience of where2travel at Glen waverley. Our travel agent, Sophie, was attentive, extremely kind and helpful and meticulous in her attention to detail. Our trip was incredibly smooth and everything lived up to its expectations. Sophie, really went out of her way and we never felt rushed or pressured. My previous experience with Lingling, 2 years ago, found again excellent service and again very attentive. I highly recommend Sophie and Lingling.

Negative experience: As I walked in the two consultats avoided making eye contact and didnt seem.to want to assist me. I finally approached one consultant and she was so vague like I was getting absolutely nothing. Didn't want to waste my time anymore o left
