Negative experience: Made enquires to Ana - Letisha regarding flights , Ana responded we only work from home Letisha replied ..um ahh ..then I replied back again with the response ..you were already advised that we only work from home .. My point is this ..not everyone wants to deal with someone working from home when you have a Office in Queen Street St Mary's where a staff member can go to & attend the customer's preference of booking flights from a Office or store .sure others would prefer their booking is arranged & secured from a Office especially in the knowledge of making a safe & secure payment & providing passports to ensure the booking & flights matches the passenger details on the E Ticket .. I am very Disappointed with this aspect of hoping to secure a booking for 2 person's , having used Travel Care 4 years ago & way back in 1997 How times have changed in the very wrong way .. The customers loyalty very badly let down over a decision for staff to only work from home This doesn't sit well with & a few others who would prefer face to face service It's a loss to your Business & a gain to another Business that still & will operate on site & not from home 1 out of 5 rating from me Very disappointed from this outcome & reluctant to not go the extra mile ☹️

Negative experience: Dont bother going here. This place doesnt attempt to contact their customers or even want to refund been waiting for 3 years now for a simple refund.

Fantastic experience: Made a booking for tickets to Phils with Analyn / Ana / Julie, from the initial email to enquire about the itinerary to unfortunately having to cancel the flight and requesting a refund, the team at travel care have been nothing but super duper awesome. They dispelled the myth that travel agents don't do anything else and online booking engines are the way to go. My experience is nothing short of exceptional and mind blowing and would recommend them to anyone who is wishing to have anything to do with travel to speak to this super team. Thank you for looking after me so well and I will definitely book with you again when I well enough to take my trip and also your name is on my lips to anyone asking for a travel professional! 5 stars and thank you thank you thank you.............
