Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Ian for more years than I care to remember. He continually demonstrates an impeccable level of professionalism, even down to answering the phone using my name Wow. He has looked after & continues to look after my holiday needs professionally, quickly, with a minimum of fuss & organises the best available without prompting. I absolutely have no hesitation recommending Ian & Spencer travel.

Positive experience: Highly recommend this Travel Agent. We have used them for the past 3 years and their professionalism is very obvious with the attention that they have given us.

Negative experience: International trip booked, return tickets booked for 1 month later than required, vital documentation requirement not stated, therefore almost stranding traveller in a foreign international airport, hotel not booked in destination country. Terrible. Not recommended, the emotional turmoil caused by this incident can not be stressed enough.

Negative experience: Divinity is an absolute time waster and has the worst customer service I have ever come across.. Very unprofessional and rude, I came to Spencer Travels based on the reviews I saw here but her character was the opposite and I guess the reviews do not depict the service she provides. Get a training in customer service or some manners

I've been to some amazing travel forums as a client of Spencer Travel Eastside and the annual travel show that Spencer Travel hosts is a highlight of my year.
