He was super helpful and had the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Answered all my enquires quickly and was very polite and very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I dealt with Jet travel just before pandemic hit. They were fantastic and guided me through having to cancel all my plans and then getting the refunds. They made such an impression on me, that I’ve decided to come back for my next trip. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, nice and got me the best prices for flights. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend. Guy I dealt with was Alen and he was amazing.
