Negative experience: First time we used this agent, never again. Would not recommend as found them lacking in so many ways. Should have known better from when walked in the door the first time. Would never recommend them to anyone.

And our client feedback shows that our passion for travel and extensive first-hand experience helps them have wonderful travel experiences. So it's quite disappointing to discover a 1-star rating has been left for our business from someone who hasn't actually made a booking with us!

Negative experience: I gave one star as i was told i would be charged $330.00 per head ($660.00 for my wife and I) non refundable and not credited to any trip booked so i went to a different branch of hellow world with no charge.

Negative experience: Such a difficult company to deal with as a supplier. Have contract to be paid 30 days after a tour but it always seems to be 5 or 6 weeks before they pay. Can't get a hold of accounts department. They don't reply to emails. As a small business you can't operate like this but they don't care.

Fantastic experience: As we where planning a trip we where let down by other Travel agents so we where a bit disappointed and we didn’t know where to go to get information and quotes. I went past your Miranda branch your travel store in Westfield Miranda As I walk in I went to a lovely young lady Kirsty Valentines I was welcome and was asked how can she help me with our needs . Everything I asked her she was only happy to help and deliver . Her approach and understanding was professional and precise. I asked her if she can find prices and quotes for accommodation and she did exactly that Nothing was a problem and always with a smile She went beyond to help us and for that outstanding customer service we booked our trip with Kirsty We felt very comfortable with her and we will come back for more trips in the near future It is very hard to go somewhere and get this count of customer service Thank you Regards Maria Tsolakis
