Negative experience: The way the staff communicates with customers is not as good as it used to be. Before, when I was a student studying abroad, I often bought tickets at Kim Travel. The ticket seller was very polite and professional over the phone and email. But now, when I call to ask about buying tickets, they are not as polite and professional as before. It may be new staff. However, after the phone conversation, I no longer want to buy tickets here. I hope Kim Travel can improve this. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: Required a VISA for vietnam and did not want to post my passport to Canberra. Kim travel made the required arrangements and organized the multi-entey VISA in 24 hours.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THEIR POSTAGE SERVICE! They are dodgy. All they want is your money. They don't tell you that you need to pay more money at the other end. They lie about the complicated process of just receiving the parcel at the other end. They tell you it takes 3 days to arrive but it actually takes 2 weeks. And at the end, you don't even know if you will ever receive that parcel! Tôi gởi một thùng hàng về đà nẵng. Lúc đến office, chị Kim chỉ bảo nộp tiền, hỏi số điện thoại ở VN và nói là khi hàng đến DN, người ta sẽ gọi điện mình đến lấy hàng. Chị nói tất cả chỉ có thể. Nhưng lúc ở Đà Nẵng, agent ở đây gọi tôi lên, chỉ để nộp thêm tiền mà vẫn chưa lấy được hàng. Người ta chỉ đưa cho một đống giấy tờ rồi bảo lên hải quan ở sân bay nhận hàng. Đến lúc lên hải quan sân bay tôi phải chạy vong quanh khắp các phòng ở đó, đủ thứ giấy tờ thủ tục mà cuối cùng vẫn thiếu giấy này nọ và không lấy được hàng, Tôi rất bực mình vì Kim Travel không cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin cần thiết và cố tình che dấu vụ phải nộp thêm tiền ở đầu bên này.
