Negative experience: Really bad experience with this travel agency.. he was very rude, arrogant and dismissive. Will never book with this travel agency again. One star is even too good for them!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and reliable travel agents. Had booked a number of flights and holidays with them over the last five years, never had any issues and could always get the best price available.

Negative experience: First time calling the travel agent to enquire about tickets after finding them on google and i was greeted with accusations that i have called 3 times yesterday, telling me he has had enough of me and that he recognised my voice when i said the word quatar to my absolute shock. He then called back 10 minutes later and argued for another 5 minutes. I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism and customer service i do not recommended to anyone. This buisness is a disgrace to the Macedonian community and i would advise the people that work here to do some courses on customer service and how to run a buisness. Absolutely embarrassing !!!!!!

Negative experience: I used Macedon travel for 6-7 years to fly internationally for business and pleasure, however it seems that Dimce has forgotten this and recently has been treating his clients badly, he is arrogant and doesn’t liked being asked questions. He has learnt to expect payment immediately without nothing to answer or help clients out. Arrogance and return business has got the better of you. You used to be great, but turned arrogant and just took clients for granted. Your competition Millennium welcomed me well, along with all of my family and friends that I sent to you over the years. I hope you learn from your mistakes for your sake. Maybe now your memory will serve you correctly... I booked with you every year, along with my family and friends from Canberra. I bet you will regret treating me like you did today. Stramota da ti e!!!

Fantastic experience: Booked my tickets through Macedon travel for a trip to Europe this year and they were absolutely fantastic. As an added bonus they were far more competitive on price than Flight Centre who I have been using for many years now. Great service, great product knowledge and very good to deal with.
