Negative experience: Don't go there, very poor service.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Helloworld Travel Marion, in particular Anita Wenn. She always goes above and beyond to help her clients. Our recent holiday was a easy smooth experience as Anita was very thorough and helpful. If you need any help or guidance with your next holiday her experience and kindness will be of great benefit.

Negative experience: Went in and asked the agent a simple question about obtaining a visa for my families overseas trip. Never experienced such abrupt rudeness. I will be planning a Europe trip with my large family next year. We WILL NOT be using this travel agency to book this expensive trip. I’d rather go to anyone else. So poor.

Negative experience: Went in and asked for a flight out of Singapore and hotel nights , took our details and have not heard a thing and it’s been over a week. Very poor service will not go back, I’ll do it myself.

Negative experience: If it wasn't for an INEPT staff member, I would not have been able to plan my successful overseas trip myself. I gained great satisfaction and a sense of self accomplishment that I wouldn't have got if the staff member knew how to do their job

Negative experience: The staff only did bare minimum that you can do by yourself online (booking accommodation and flights that's it). She doesn't know anything about the destination we wanted to go and the airplane company conditions. When the flight was cancelled, we even didn't get the email from the airline company because she didn't give us the flights details. Also, she didn't give us the accommodation details such as the address. We were lucky to reach the accommodation (I remembered what area she searched that's why) but there are three other hotels in the same destination with very similar names. You should book via online so you can control your travel on your phone instead of using them.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Went there and was told to send an email with my travel details and they would follow up, I did and they never had the courtesy of even replying to my email. Anytime I called them they had a good excuse for their delay and was told they would reply soon, it's been over a month and the agent hasn't even been kind enough to answer the phone. I wish they would've been respectful enough to reply to my email or calls saying they didn't have capacity if that was the case so I could take my business somewhere else, I would have completely understood but they just made me lose my time and I had to be chasing them all the time. I do not recommend this agency to anyone, plus apparently they have enough clients already, they don't need more coming in.

Negative experience: Not very helpful. Searched flights for us and prices came back more expensive than what I could find myself. Was basically told to go at a different time of year!
