Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a wonderfully well curated trip to Europe ,including two seperate car hires- all went so smoothly , thanks to Mel at Hallett Cove FC , who is always perfect! Will be back for next years trip.

Negative experience: Called and spoke to "Blanka" I usually have my go to agents in FC but decided to ask some general information about some travel as it was just general questions...Blanka refused to advise because I hadn't booked anything yet.... I'll never book or do business with the Hallett cove store... Management should give her some more training....

Fantastic experience: I have used Blanca Marquez for two international trips now, one to Mexico (where she made some good suggestions on places to visit) and one to Laos which involved a bit of going back and forth, she has always been very helpful and quick to reply. Both trips went smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be using her for my next trip.

Fantastic experience: Blanca Marques is absolutely amazing. I planed a trip to Hobart but while purchasing the tickets (2) online by myself I did only get one. I call fligh center and Blanca help me to get on the same flight than my previous purchased , no only traveling with my partner but sitting together as well To add more stress later on... In our way back to Adelaide our flight was canceled and she help us in the whole process of flights/accommodation/meals/reimbursement. MANY THANKS BLANCA What a great customer service

Positive experience: I have used Flight centre Hallet Cove many times and been happy with the service. However, as an older traveller I would like their staff to be more attuned to the needs of those who may be less agile. For instance, our recent accommodation has lots of stairs and no lifts. Our previous accommodation had a shower over the bath which presents a slipping hazard.

Negative experience: Do not reply to your email when you have problems

Negative experience: For massive travel plans they do OK. Beware of the teaser offers Flight Centre send by email. Took up an offer to go to Sydney CBD for a long weekend trip with cruise on harbour aboard a historic ship. The ship did not arrive at assigned pier, no notice was sent to me to advise of new location. When I reported this to F.C they blew me off and offered nothing but a 'tough luck' attitude. All for the sake of $200 price, they have lost thousands of dollars of my extensive travel plans.

Fantastic experience: Leah did such an amazing job organising my recent European holiday spanning 12 countries in 10 weeks! Her willingness to research all available options to make my complicated itinerary work was so appreciated! She took care of all the details and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She has extensively travelled in Europe and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a trip!

Negative experience: Called flight centre at Hallett cove and spoke to a lady there. She was not helpful at all and seemed like she didn't want to have my business. She wasn't even trying to ask me questions about where I want to travel with my family and how much do I want to spend. she was just trying to hang up the phone lol. You know what I will go else where as there are a lot of other companies with much more helpful people than you guys. Being a local living in Sheidow park I thought I would get a good experience from a local shop than calling the general number. Good luck guys!
