Fantastic experience: Our family and friends have been booking holidays with Benalla Travel and Frank Stephens and other staff for over 20 years and have always found their service to be excellent. They go to great lengths to ensure we have the best options and deals and are happy to share booking - us doing some and them doing other parts. I highly recommend this travel business. A few more words to describe the business - Friendly, helpful, good travel suggestions, timely response, clear re travel rules (when they apply) and all bookings have been stress free. We have needed to change bookings at times and they have gone out of their way to make this work for us. Thanks for a very long travel relationship. PS We don't live near Benalla any longer - we do everything by phone and email.

Fantastic experience: I live nowhere near Benalla. Frank delivers such incredible service. I don't need to go and see him - I just call or email him where I need to go and he promptly gets back to me with a well planned itinerary. Whether you are travelling for business or personal, contact Frank from Benalla Travel! I highly recommend - 10/10!!!!!!!!
