Fantastic experience: As appears from it's name, Loyal travel is a very loyal Travel Agency with professional travel agents providing the best possible travel services to every corner and destination of this planet [continuous ... and even across - the planets, galaxies and beyond!!! ... this part of my humour sensation I wrote this last funny bit in brackets]. Last night our flight was cancelled due to the typhoons in Shanghai, loyal travel agency team helped us to reschedule our flight and fly as quick as they could.

Negative experience: i am not one to leave reviews but this company is absolutely terrible. we booked through them for our first trip overseas. the person who booked our flights is Noor. he never confirmed our tickets and we all struggled to get on a flight from each state we went to. i was at the airport and was told by the flight attendant that our tickets aren’t confirmed, i then contacted Noor and got through to him after trying to call over 10 times. i explained the situation to him and got yelled at on the phone saying he apparently did everything correctly on his end which wasn’t the case. hours later he sent a new itinerary which had confirmed our flights to get back home. never received a call or email from him apologising to me after the way he spoke to me. imagine your first time travelling overseas and this issue arises. absolutely terrible company and very rude staff.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THESE PEOPLE, I REPEAT DO NOT! The man that works there was so rude and stuffed our flights up! We asked for help whilst overseas and all we received was disgusting behaviour for someone who puts adult colouring books near his credentials. Worst experience we ever had!
