Fantastic experience: I ordered the JR Rail Pass and was able to pick it up in person the next morning as organised. Great and attentive service.
Fantastic experience: Great people to deal with, very knowledgeable. Awesome
Thank you for visiting our Perth branch. It was nice to talk to you. We hope you will have great time in Japan!
Fantastic experience: If you're planning a trip to Japan, make sure you take some time to pick the brains of the staff here, they are so amazingly helpful.
Thank you very much for your great feedback, David! We hope you will have great time in Japan.
Fantastic experience: Super friendly and polite staff. They helped me sort out my JR pass the day before my trip with no problems at all!
Dear Ruza, Thank you very much for your lovely comment. We are glad that we could offer you the information you required and our service could meet your expectations. We hope to see you again in the future!
Positive experience: Bought JP passes there. Quick, unfriendly, no additional charges. Will go back.
Ms. Cho thank you very much for visiting our Perth office to purchase your JR Pass. We are sorry to hear that our staff was unfriendly and will strive to improve their customer service. We hope you have a wonderful trip and look forward to helping you again whenever you may return to Japan.
Negative experience: WORST WORST WORST travel agency consultant we have ever experienced. The only Caucasian in this travel agency and is not helpful at all. She does not know anything when we asked her about whether it be JR passes information or any recommended locations in Japan. Attitude was horrible, slow and does not seem willing to help. Been here twice and was always directed to be served by her. She rolled her eyes when we asked her about Disneyland tickets. We will never come back again.
Negative experience: Horrible experience buying JR passes here. We unfortunately left our tickets at home which caused a huge amount of stress and HIS travel agent were extremely unsympathetic slapping us with $110 PER PASS admin fee when we had no other option but to have the passes refunded. Extremely disappointing that a lower fee could not be charged given our unfortunate situation. Do not recommend and will not return.
Positive experience: Very useful for travel to Japan
Fantastic experience: My #1 Travel agency for all things Japan. Best value data Sim card available here for $49. Can also purchase JR passes and a variety of other tickets here.
