Positive experience: Firstly I was worried about how to manage everything in the country that I visited the first time. My trip to France with you was the most rewarding experience of my lifetime. Fantastic experience: Joe Craig has put a bad review about me, SAM MALEKI and my company AIR TRAVEL SERVICES PTY LTD on 10 November 2018. This is my response to his review. Joe Craig's wife bought two cheap non refundable tickets to travel to Bangkok four months in advance. Later, two months before their travel Joe Craig's wife called and said her husband is sick and cannot travel with her. My response was that the ticket is non-refundable, but Joe can travel later with the same airline to anywhere provided he pays the fare difference and penalty. His wife refused the offer and insisted a refund of $700.00 to her husband while the lost non-refundable portion of the ticket was only $520.00. Naturally , I declined their request , and the couple with very limited knowledge of air travel thought that I am cheating them. Joe made a complaint to NSW consumer's affairs. After three months back and forth to NCAT ( NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal ) Joe Craig's fraudulent claim was dismissed with connotation of reprimanding him for his unjust claim. The moral of this story is that , one must be careful ,that not all reviews are fair and honest , but some might have an agenda behind it

Negative experience: HORRIBLE service from Mr Maleki. Will never be using this travel agency again and will tell all my friends and family to do so as well! He has told us lie after lie about receiving a refund OR credit for our tickets to Bankgkok and still attempting to scam us. DO NOT TRUST THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. WE WILL GET OUR MONEY BACK!

Fantastic experience: II was so lucky to get to know Maryam Norozi who was very professional, patient and caring for my travel needs . She kindly checked the system a few times to make my travel itinerary cost effective, safe and time efficient. I would recommend this agency to my fiends and colleagues. I am re regular traveler and Maryam demonstrated optimal professional behaviors in her costumer service due as a travel agent.
