Fantastic experience: it's the best place

Negative experience: My company uses CTM as our corporate travel provider, and it is honestly the most frustrating and painful experience. Not only is the interface terrible. But recently Yesterday I booked a flight through CTM, within the hour I was advised by my colleague that we need to change the date of travel. I emailed CTM directly less than an hour after I made the booking. CTM did not respond to me, and I had to ring up today to chase up the flight change, they advised me that I will incur a $99 fee for the flight change, despite me already emailing them the day prior to change the flight. They advised me I am still liable for the $99 change fee because , get ready I DID NOT FLAG THE EMAIL AS URGENT and I only called today. I've communicated with the HR for my company and will be strongly advocating for change in our corporate travel system. To future account holders, I would strongly advise you against using CTM as your travel provider.

Negative experience: I have found the experience of booking travel with Corporate Travel Management very difficult and largely unhelpful. It would be vastly easier and less expensive to make my own travel bookings. A special shout out to Mr Ian Enright who appears to take delight in making the process of making a booking as painful as possible

Negative experience: Cannot get onto anyone with ease, phone numbers disconnected and then have a long wait times with out talking to anyone

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Was on hold for 90 min. Then being passed around to various different departments to find the correct one to deal with my request of changing the dates of a flight before I got hung up on with no explanation.

Negative experience: Horrendous service! Busy informing my company to use another service provider.

Fantastic experience: Great Team of People.

Negative experience: Used them through my past company. Never read the requirements and book outside specified times. 1.5 hours before I requested. Don't have to use them at my new company.
