Negative experience: Very Rude customer service. Hanged up the phone without me listening to response. This is on 8th of July, 2022 as of 2:30 pm in the afternoon. I hope the manager reads this comment and take some actions.

Negative experience: Very rude lady who answers the phone there she just brushes you of if you have any questions before you plan to go ahead to do travel or insurance bookings she must lose many customers for this business takes unprofessional to a new low

Negative experience: An absolute circus and joker these people are. Very poor communication and highly unprofessional. I called in to book a ticket and mentioned the lady on the phone that I want to book in a ticket for Ho chi Minh, Vietnam. She said Oh Hanoi. I said No, Its Ho chi minh and she followed by saying its the same thing. Lol did I just called a travel agent or an Asian restaurant. I asked them to send me a quotation on which they replied that quotations are $50, If I want to have my name and address on the quotation they will charge a fee of $50. She passed the phone over to a guy. who never introduced himself when came on the line and started replying, meanwhile the lady didn't stop speaking at the back. I honestly felt like I was calling an noodle shop to place an order. Take your money somewhere else, these people are rip offs.

Negative experience: This shop is so rude and disrespectful. They would stay not on a phone call long enough for me to ask my questions I wanted ask. A total disgrace for Thailand. I feel they very poor service which I want to use for my on going trips to Thailand.

Negative experience: If you enjoy dealing with rude, threatening and intimidating people, AM Travel would be ideal for you. If on the other hand you would prefer to deal with courteous and respectful people DO NOT go near them. One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with these incredibly rude people. My wife who is Thai cannot believe that people could be in business and behave like they do.

Fantastic experience: AM holiday travel provide all the essential information for travelling to and from Thailand. Thank you Pom and the amazing team for looking after my mum, who recently traveled back to Thailand. My mum does not speak english, was nervous travelling alone, however AM made it easy by ensuring she had all the necessary documents, and information including the compulsory Thailand pass, and Covid requirements. She was looked after from the moment she bought her ticket, till she landed in Bangkok. Will be sure to use the AM team again, Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an urgent need to travel to Thailand owing to a family illness. Within an hour of our first call to AM Holiday Travel we were in their office and having our travel plans taken care of. The staff graciously re-sheduled their appointments to give us first priority and took care of everything in the most efficient and professional manner.
