Fantastic experience: We had the trip of a lifetime! Thanks to Elvi Laynon at Figtree Travel! From discussing our travel wishes, to planning and even organising last minute changes while we were away made our honeymoon/holiday perfect! We created beautiful memories and also developed friendships with other travellers on our Insight Vacation tour of Italy and Sicily, and to then arrange for us last minute added extras to see Paris and London. Fantastic experience: Brad and Craig and the team have looked after us for over 10 years with booking flights for our parents coming out from Ireland, ensuring wheelchair access availability for them when needed. Recently we had to fly back to Ireland promptly due to 1of my parents being ill and booked through Figtree Travel knowing that flights may need to be extended. The team were most endearing in helping us. One email, one phone call and flights were changed. We didn't have the worry with dealing with call centres, online bookings etc. Forever Greatful Wayne&Glenn

Fantastic experience: We can't recommend Brad from Figtree Travel enough. From the get go, his responsiveness was reassuring, and even though originally our requirements were not complicated (plane tickets only), he has made himself super available and responded to all our questions very promptly. We then had a huge issue while travelling because of flight cancellations and airline errors (no fault of his), and Brad spent an enormous amount of time trying to resolve the tricky and complicated situation on our behalf and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. We will never go anywhere else for our travel needs!

Fantastic experience: Craig (and Brad) were amazing helping my mum and I book flights to Europe. We were super last minute and they stayed back past opening hours to help us lock our flights in. I usually book my travel myself however now I will be booking with Craig (or Brad). Thank you.
